Deadline for Format A (one page) and/or optional full lengths paper (Format
B) final submission deadline (subject to change including early closure). Use
posted templates/examples (see Format) to verify (superimpose on the sample)
required format. After the deadline submissions will be considered on one
by one basis and subject to time constraints. A notice of
acceptance: allow about
two weeks from the date of submission as applicable or more during the
holidays subject to the review process. (More for late submissions)
